Terms
Last updated September 2026.
By texting or messaging Nimo, or using the Nimo web app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Nimo.
What Nimo is
Nimo is a personal AI assistant you talk to over SMS/iMessage or the web. It can remember things you tell it, and, once you connect them, read your calendar, email, Drive, Notion, or task list and act on your explicit confirmation. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data, including Google account data.
Your account
You're responsible for the phone number or account you sign up with, and for what happens if you connect a third-party service like Google, Notion, Todoist, Apple, or Spotify. You can disconnect any of them at any time from your Connections page.
Acceptable use
Don't use Nimo to break the law, harass anyone, or try to access another person's account or data. Don't attempt to circumvent the confirmation step before Nimo sends a message, creates a calendar event, or writes to a connected service on your behalf.
AI-generated responses
Nimo's replies are generated by an AI model and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, especially estimates like calorie counts or fast-changing information like prices, scores, or news. Don't rely on Nimo for medical, legal, or financial decisions without independently verifying anything that matters.
Service changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features of Nimo at any time. We'll try to give notice for anything that meaningfully affects how you use it.
Termination
You can stop using Nimo and delete your account at any time by texting delete me. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
Nimo is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Nimo.
