Data deletion

You can permanently delete your Nimo account, and everything it remembers about you, at any time - no app install or login required.

How

Text delete me to Nimo (or type it in the web chat if you're signed in). Nimo will confirm what's about to happen and ask you to reply yes, delete everything - anything else cancels the request. Confirming deletes your account immediately and permanently.

Signed in already? There's also a Delete account button on your Billing page - same effect, one confirmation step.

What gets deleted

Your account, every conversation and message, everything Nimo has remembered about you, and any connected-service tokens (Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Notion, Todoist, Spotify). This cannot be undone - there's no recovery window.

Partial deletion

Don't want to delete everything? You can disconnect a single service anytime from your Connections page, or ask Nimo directly to forget a specific detail, without deleting your whole account.

Can't text or sign in? Participated in a Group Chat without an account?

Email hello@letsnimo.com with the subject line "Delete My Nimo Data" and the phone number, email, or messaging handle on the account (or used in the Group Chat) - we'll verify and delete it manually.
